Comments:
When trying to research Keller Premium Lager, it was really tough to find a website or brewery. In fact, the image posted is the only page of their website .
The beer pours a light medium colour, standard for all lagers. Lagers in general should be enjoyed at colder than normal temperatures, so letting this beer sit in the fridge for a while before drinking is preferable.
The taste is pretty standard and it gives you that slight aftertaste on the top-back of your mouth. However, the first time I had this beer, I liked it enough to remember to try it again!

The Review Process

With anything that gets reviewed, it is subjective. I have my own personal likes and dislikes with beer, but I will try my best to give a fair review of each beer. With the review process, I will also provide some other information about the beer like its type (ale, lager, etc.), country of origin, and price (in Canadian dollars).
The actual review of the beer will follow this process:

Beer tips

I worked in the beer industry for over three years, so I know a little bit about beer and the different brands out there. Here are some general tips that I have learned about beer storage, serving and consumption. Feel free to comment if you have anything to add...

Storage:
-Store your beer in a cool dark place for no more 4-5 months.

Serving:
- Beer is best served at 3 - 5 degree Celsius (pretty cold)
- If you prefer beer in a glass, rinse the glass in cold water
- A rich head of foam is ideal for a smooth clean taste
- Pour gently, tilting your glass slightly to create a nice head of foam.

Consuming:
- Much like drinking wine, a small sip will moisten your palate and provide you with a full tasting experience.
- To really enjoy your beer, drink it slowly (i.e. DON'T chug it as commonly done by college and university students). This will allow you to develop your own tasting preference and appreciate the uniqueness of different beers.
- And of course the most important element of consumption; don't drink and drive.

Welcome!

Beer is the world's best beverage. Yes I'm being bias, but what other type of drink is out there that is so internationally celebrated and comes in a variety of tastes and flavours? Whether you consider yourself a beer "connoisseur" or a loyal consumer of a certain brand, I hope you enjoy this blog and visit it often to see the different reviews of the beers of the world!
